Improvement and restoration of the passability of forest roads in the area of responsibility of the Xanthi Forest Office for 2026

The Forest Office of Xanthi is procuring works to restore the surface (deck) of forest roads under its responsibility for the year 2026. The aim is to make these roads passable for all types of transport vehicles. The restored roads will support the prevention and extinguishing of forest fires, protection of the forest from illegal logging, and the execution of all kinds of forestry works and activities. They will also enable access by forestry machinery to forest sites, mainly for the management of stands to be logged within 2027. The works are located within the area of responsibility of the Xanthi Forest Office.
