Le présent cahier des charges concerne l’installation de chantier, restauration des toitures, des charpentes, des combles et de l’isolation des toitures du bâtiment administratif de l'Hôtel de Ville de Mons, et comprend plus particulièrement : - La restauration des maçonneries en briques (pignons, cheminées et murs des combles) ; - Le renouvellement des couvertures en ardoises naturelles y compris les travaux de restauration des charpentes sous-jacentes (dont enlèvement d'une partie de couverture amiantée) ; - Les travaux de zinguerie et évacuation des eaux pluviales - La restauration des lucarnes et corniches ; - La réalisation et mise en œuvre de nouveaux châssis à intégrer dans les lucarnes; - La réalisation d'un nouveau plancher isolé dans les combles. Pour rappel, le bâtiment administratif (et ses toitures) est un bâtiment classé et inscrit sur la Liste du Patrimoine Exceptionnel de Wallonie. Dans le cadre du présent marché, la Ville de Mons souhaite renforcer la cohésion sociale et le développement durable.
