Le projet consiste à réaliser, dans le cadre de la modernisation complète de la gare d'Ottignies : la démolition partielle du bâtiment des voyageurs existant / les travaux d’aménagement du nouveau bâtiment des voyageurs et sa connexion avec la passerelle principale et le parvis / l’aménagement du parvis, en connexion avec le bâtiment des voyageurs, la gare des bus TEC, le passage-sous-voies et les accès depuis le centre-ville / la couverture du nouveau bâtiment des voyageurs et du quai 7-8 / la couverture de la passerelle principale au droit du nouveau quai 7-8 / l’aménagement d’une partie des concessions (services publics et commerces) et du local vélos principal.
