L'accord-cadre comprend des travaux ferroviaires, de caténaires, de câbles et divers travaux pour certaines phases du projet de gare de Malines, dans un premier temps plus précisément pour la reconstruction des voies 3 et 4. Les travaux suivants sont notamment prévus : - Travaux ferroviaires : démolition et construction de voies et d'équipements ferroviaires ; - Travaux sur les caténaires : travaux de fondation et de construction, déroulement de nouveaux câbles et fils, démolition d'anciennes caténaires, (ré)électrification ; - Travaux sur les câbles : pose de câbles, travaux de télécommunications, travaux de signalisation/signalisation et travaux PDST (Power Distribution & subSTations), y compris les travaux ECFM (éclairage, chauffage et propulsion) ; - Travaux divers : réalisation d'accès aux chantiers, murs de soutènement, travaux de terrassement et de ballastage, hydraulique, aménagements extérieurs. En outre, d'autres travaux ferroviaires, de caténaires, de câbles ou divers peuvent également être réalisés en Flandre dans le cadre de cet accord-cadre.
