To carry out the 'Noord-Zuid Limburg' project, De Werkvennootschap will conclude a DBFM agreement with the project company (SPVDBFM). This Selection Guide forms part of the process for appointing a private partner for this purpose. Under the current configuration, the SPV-DBFM will be responsible for the design, construction and financing of the Project as well as its maintenance, in principle for a period of 30 years from completion of the construction phase. The contract concerns construction works in Belgium under a design, build, finance and maintain model.
