Dans le cadre de la rénovation de bâtiments, la réalisation des travaux suivant les spécifications techniques du Cahier Spécial des Charges en matière (liste non exhaustive) : • De traitement énergétique de l’enveloppe : châssis, isolation de façade/toiture/sol, toiture verte, protection solaire, etc. • De techniques spéciales, • De gestion de l’étanchéité à l’air, • De gros œuvres comprenant au besoin les renforcements des structures existantes depuis la toiture jusqu’au sous-œuvre, l’intégration de nouvelles structures depuis la toiture jusqu’au sous-œuvre, la réalisation de trémies technique, la création de baies... • D’aménagement intérieur et extérieur, • De sécurisation, • De compartimentage, • De gestion de l’eau de pluie, • De la signalétique intérieure et extérieure, • De traitement de l’acoustique, • D'infrastructure et de superstructure, • D’aménagement du paysage, • De restauration du patrimoine, • Etc. Le marché se compose de 1 lot : Rénovations de bâtiments avec une valeur estimée (x) des travaux au-dessus de 12.000.000,00 EUR htva. Le but du marché est de conclure un Accord-Cadre avec 10 Opérateurs Économiques au maximum dont une partie seront mis en compétition pour les marchés subséquents (mini-compétition).
