Le marché concerne un accord-cadre pluriannuel de travaux pour l'acquisition et la maintenance d'un système héli-vidéo au profit de la Direction de l'Appui Aérien de la Police Fédérale. Cet accord-cadre contient un lot, divisé en 9 postes, à savoir : Poste 1 : fourniture de systèmes embarqués de transmission pour aéronefs Poste 2 : heures d'expertise Poste 3 : Fourniture de systèmes de transmission fixes pour sites au sol Poste 4 : installation du poste 3 Poste 5 : Fourniture d’un système de gestion des sites au sol Poste 6 : installation du poste 5 Poste 7 : Fourniture de récepteurs-testeurs portables autonomes et de leurs accessoires Sous-poste 7.1 : Récepteur-testeur transportable autonome Sous-poste 7.2 : Récepteur transportable autonome Poste 8 : Formation Poste 9 : Proposition d’un contrat de maintenance préventive, évolutive et corrective Sous-poste 9.1 : maintenance préventive forfaitaire Sous-poste 9.2 : maintenance évolutive Sous-poste 9.3 : maintenance coorective De overheidsopdracht betreft een meerjarige raamovereenkomst van werken voor de aankoop en het onderhoud van een heli-videosysteem ten voordele van de Directie Luchtsteun van de Federale Politie. Deze raamovereenkomst bestaat uit één perceel dat uit de volgende negen (9) posten bestaat : Post 1: levering van ingebouwde transmissiesystemen voor luchtvaartuigen Post 2: expertise - uren Post 3: levering van vaste transmissiesystemen voor grondlocaties Post 4: installatie van post 3 Post 5: levering van een beheersysteem voor grondlocaties Post 6: installatie van post 5 Post 7: Levering van zelfstandige draagbare testontvangers en bijhorende accessoires Sub-post 7.1: Levering van draagbare autonome tester-ontvanger Sub-post 7.2: Levering van autonome tester-ontvanger Post 8: Opleiding Post 9: Voorstel van een preventief, evolutief en correctief onderhoudscontract Sub-post 9.1: preventief en forfaitair onderhoud Sub-post 9.2: evolutief onderhoud Sub-post 9.3: correctief onderhoud
