Description

Le Service Exploitation des Ouvrages d’Epuration de l’INASEP exploite 108 stations d’épuration des eaux usées et 350 pompages en Province de Namur. L'INASEP dispose également d’un Bureau d’Etudes qui étudie des projets visant à construire des stations d’épurations, pompages et collecteurs en Province de Namur. Dans ce cadre, le présent marché vise à sous-traiter : - Les demandes de renouvellement des permis d’exploiter / environnement venant à échéance entre 2026 et 2029 (stations d’épuration exploitées par le Service Exploitation des Ouvrages d’Epuration) en fonction des besoins ; - Les demandes de nouveaux permis à instruire entre 2026 et 2029 en vue d’effectuer les déclarations ou d’obtenir de permis d’urbanisme ou uniques permettant de construire les nouveaux ouvrages (stations d’épuration, pompages, collecteurs), en fonction des besoins. Ces projets sont préparés par le Bureau d’Etudes Inasep avec lequel le sous-traitant sera également amené à collaborer ; - Sur demande du Service Exploitation entre 2026 et 2029, en fonction des besoins : * L’établissement des registres des modifications ; * L’instruction d’articles 65 ou de recours ; Nous souhaitons confier à un prestataire la rédaction et l’introduction des dossiers pour obtenir la conformité de chacun de ces sites existant ou futurs au regard de la législation Permis Environnement et du Code de l’Urbanisme. Notre Service étant ISO 14001 et les sites enregistré EMAS depuis 2006, nous disposons d’une base fiable pour établir les demandes de renouvellement ou de modification (ensemble des autorisations de rejet et permis, normes de rejet et données du site enregistrées dans une base de données, listing des permis et rubriques, …). Lieu de prestation du service : INASEP, chaussée de liège, 1103 à 5101 LIVES sur MEUSE. Le télétravail est autorisé pour réaliser les dossiers de permis, pour autant que le prestataire se rende sur le lieu de prestation pour pourvoir aux besoins de la mission. Des visites des stations d’épuration sont à prévoir dans le cadre du présent marché.
