§ 1er. Objet des services : Marché d'assurance RC Exploitation/Protection juridique et RC Médicale du Centre Hospitalier de Wallonie Picarde (CHwapi). 1. Le présent marché est un marché de services d’assurances, qui tombent sous le code CPV 66000000-0. Le marché a pour objet l’attribution des volets d’assurances suivants : - Volet 1 : Assurance RC Exploitation et Protection Juridique de l’Hôpital - Volet 2 : Assurance Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle Médicale (RC Médicale) du CHwapi Les prescriptions techniques auxquelles doivent répondre les services sont reprises dans les clauses techniques du cahier spécial des charges (ce dernier sera joint à l’invitation à soumissionner qui sera adressée aux candidats sélectionnés). 2. Il n’y a pas de division en lots. Les soumissionnaires devront donc remettre offre obligatoirement pour les deux volets précités. § 2. Précision importante : Il est d’ores et déjà précisé que seules les compagnies d’assurances agréées par la Banque Nationale de Belgique, pour une ou plusieurs branches d’assurances visées par le présent marché en vertu de la loi du 13 mars 2016 relative au statut et au contrôle des entreprises d’assurances ou de réassurance seront sélectionnées dans le cadre de ce marché. Les candidatures déposées par ou avec des courtiers d’assurances ou autres intermédiaires d’assurances seront exclues, l’adjudicateur ayant déjà désigné son consultant/ courtier d’assurance au terme d’une procédure distincte en la personne du bureau DEGAUQUIER AND PARTNERS (FSMA n° 45523A).
