Resaver Pension Fund, a pan-European pension solution for research organisations and their employees, is awarding a services contract for asset management and asset depository through a competitive procedure with prior publication. The contract is divided into two lots. Lot one covers professional asset management of an investment portfolio focused on equities, bonds and money market instruments, including strategic portfolio management, risk management, return analysis and compliance with financial legislation to achieve optimal return within the agreed risk profile. Lot two covers depository activities, including safe custody of financial assets, settlement of securities transactions, processing of corporate actions, and support for compliance and reporting obligations to ensure transparency, compliance and integrity in the investment process.
