Description

La présente concession a pour objet l’exploitation des locaux concédés afin d’y tenir un service de librairie ainsi que les services qui s’y rapportent, entre autres la production et la vente d’articles de merchandising et la vente de catalogues et autres produits apparentés. Le Concédant: - met à disposition du Concessionnaire l'occupation des locaux sis au rez-de-chaussée (151,20 m2), situés dans le Palais des Beaux-Arts, à 1000 Bruxelles, rue Ravenstein 23, aux fins suivantes (superficies estimées avant aménagement) : o L’exploitation d’un Bookshop lié aux circuits d’expositions du PBA; o La production, vente et promotion de livres, de catalogues et d’articles de merchandising liés directement à l’offre, à la programmation et aux événements du Bozar. Le Concédant met également à disposition du Concessionnaire l’espace dit « des terrasses » dans le Hall Horta (26,9 m²) pour la présentation de sa marchandise pendant les heures d’ouverture du Bookshop. Le plan d'implémentation des activités est repris en Annexe D au présent cahier des charges ; et - confère l'exclusivité visée au point II.21.5.
