Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet un contrat-cadre regroupant 3 types de prestations différentes sous 3 volets distincts, dont le but général est d'améliorer la qualité du parc immobilier des Comités d'un point de vue sécurité et santé des personnes, confort, étanchéité, durabilité et facilité de maintenance. Le premier volet couvre la réalisation d'inspections dans les domaines du gros-œuvre (structure, façades, toitures, menuiseries extérieures, etc.), du second-œuvre (faux-plafonds, faux-planchers, cloisons, revêtements, etc.), de la stabilité des techniques spéciales et des abords extérieurs. Le deuxième volet comprend la mission de contrôle technique spécialisé en construction dans le cadre d'acquisitions et/ou d'études et/ou de travaux de réalisation de divers projets immobiliers au sein des Comités. Enfin, le troisième volet concerne des prestations d'analyse et de mesurage dans le domaine de l’hygiène, de la santé, du bien-être, de la prévention et de la sécurité sur les lieux de travail au sein du parc immobilier des Comités.
