Description

L’objet du marché est la conclusion d’accords-cadres pour l’inventorisation et le nettoyage des chambres de visite du réseau de fibres optiques de Sibelga. Par inventorisation, on entend la cartographie systématique et la documentation de toutes les données pertinentes, telles que la localisation précise, les caractéristiques physiques, la structure interne et l’état technique des chambres de visite, ainsi que l’infrastructure de câbles présente, comme les conduites, les câbles et les sous-conduits. Les facteurs environnementaux susceptibles d’avoir un impact sur la gestion, l’entretien ou les travaux futurs sont également pris en compte. Le but du marché est de conclure un Accord-Cadre en cascade avec les 2 premiers Soumissionnaires classés suivant les critères d’attribution. Seul le Soumissionnaire classé premier suivant les critères d’attribution sera considéré comme Adjudicataire « actif ». L’autre Soumissionnaire, (classé deuxième), sera considéré comme Adjudicataire « de réserve ». Son contrat pourra être activé qu’en cas de défaillance de l’Adjudicataire actif.
