Le présent marché de service a pour objet : - Entretien annuel des installations HVAC ; Le titulaire du marché est chargé de réaliser l’entretien préventif et réglementaire de l’ensemble des installations HVAC appartenant à l’administration communale de Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, conformément aux prescriptions des fabricants ainsi qu’aux normes et réglementations en vigueur. Cet entretien comprend notamment les opérations de vérification, nettoyage, réglage, contrôle de sécurité et de bon fonctionnement des équipements. - Réparation des installations HVAC (y compris remplacement de pièces si nécessaire) ; Le prestataire assure les interventions de réparation des installations HVAC en cas de panne ou de dysfonctionnement, à la suite d’une demande d’intervention émise par l’administration communale. Ces interventions comprennent le diagnostic de la panne, la recherche de l’origine du dysfonctionnement ainsi que la réalisation des réparations nécessaires afin de rétablir le bon fonctionnement des installations dans les meilleurs délais. Lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire pour assurer la réparation, le prestataire procède également au remplacement des pièces défectueuses ou usées, après diagnostic et, le cas échéant, validation préalable par le pouvoir adjudicateur. Les pièces remplacées doivent être conformes aux prescriptions des fabricants et aux normes techniques en vigueur.
