Description

Le présent marché à bons de commande a pour objet les différentes prestations de dépannages et d’entretiens récurrents dans les logements occupés et les espaces communs du district centre et est (Cf. détails des communes ci-dessous). Celui-ci a une durée de 12 mois maximum s’agissant d’un marché public tampon dans l’attente de l’attribution d’un nouveau marché public couvrant l’ensemble des communes où l’adjudicateur a des logements. Le présent marché est un marché de services au sens de l’article 2, 21°, de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics. Les prescriptions techniques auxquelles doivent répondre les prestations sont reprises dans la deuxième partie du cahier spécial des charges - prescriptions techniques. Par son offre, les soumissionnaires retenus s’engagent à réaliser les prestations de services en conformité avec ces prescriptions. Lieu d’exécution : communes de Charleroi, Lodelinsart, Dampremy, Gilly et Montignies/Sambre. L’adresse sera précisée sur chaque bon de commande.
