Le présent marché est un marché de services en vue d’assurer la maintenance et l’évolution du parc CISCO installé au Forem (et chez les bénéficiaires de la centrale d’achat) pendant les 4 prochaines années, au moyen de : - La souscription de contrats de maintenance officiels CISCO et « Support Intégrateur » afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des matériels existants et futurs ; - L’acquisition d’équipements informatiques et de composants d’infrastructure de sécurité réseaux issus du catalogue CISCO, destinés à compléter et renforcer l’infrastructure réseau existante ; - La possibilité de recourir à des services de consultance spécialisée CISCO. . - Poste 1 : Maintenances et fournitures issues du catalogue CISCO - Poste 2 : Services additionnels au Smartnet en mode « Support Intégrateur » on site (1/3/5 ans) - Poste 3 : Services de consultance en régie spécialisée « CISCO »
