The Societe Wallonne Des Eaux (SWDE) and the Societe Digitale des eaux de Wallonie (Digit'eaux), water companies in Belgium, are seeking a joint contractor to outsource payroll management. The work covers the HR payroll module (PY) of their SAP software, including gross-to-net calculation and transfer of payroll data to accounting. It also includes issuing and communicating legal social declarations (DMFA and corrective DMFA) and tax declarations on their behalf, such as monthly withholding tax returns, the annual Belcotax declaration and 281 forms. Bidding rules follow the published joint contract procedure.
