Description

L’objet du marché est la prestation de services relatifs à des services de gardiennage et porte notamment sur : • La surveillance des bâtiments et la protection des agents qui y travaillent ; • La surveillance à distance des bâtiments conformément au programme des prestations tel que détaillé dans la partie relative aux exigences techniques du Cahier spécial des charges, ci-après dénommé « CSC » ; • L’ouverture et la fermeture des accès des bâtiments, en ce compris l’activation et la désactivation des alarmes ; • L’accueil et l’identification des visiteurs ; • La réception de colis, de services ou fournitures en l’absence d’agent ; • La permanence du central téléphonique ; • La réalisation de rondes de sécurité à l’extérieur des bâtiments les weekends, les jours fériés et jour de dispense ; • L’intervention rapide en cas de déclenchement d’une alarme, quelle qu’elle soit, ou en cas de panne ; • La prise de contact avec des prestataires techniques désignés en cas constat de toute anomalie technique dans l’un des bâtiments, et la rédaction du compte rendu y relatif ; • L’information régulière au Pouvoir adjudicateur sur les évènements constatés à l’occasion de la réalisation des prestations ;
