Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la gestion externalisée des flux du courrier sortant ainsi que la fourniture de papeterie imprimée de la société. Il porte sur la mise à disposition d'une solution intégrée comprenant : - Le traitement complet du courrier papier sortant : impression, mise sous pli, affranchissement et dépôt à l'opérateur postal (courriers normaux et recommandés, envois individuels et en masse) ; - L’envoi de recommandés électroniques qualifiés au sens du Règlement eIDAS (article 44) avec bascule automatique vers le recommandé papier en cas de non-acceptation par le destinataire ; - La gestion et le traitement des retours de courriers non distribués ; - La mise à disposition d'une interface utilisateur permettant la gestion centralisée de l'ensemble de ces flux, avec suivi en temps réel (Track & Trace). Le marché est divisé en 2 lots : Lot 1 "Gestion des flux du courrier sortant" Lot 2 "Fourniture de papeterie imprimée" Les prescriptions techniques auxquelles doivent répondre les fournitures sont reprises aux points III du présent cahier spécial des charges.
