La solution assurantielle proposée devra être conçue de manière souple afin de s’adapter à ces différentes situations, en garantissant une prise en charge efficace, cohérente et facile à gérer que ce soit en couverture à titre principal ou à titre complémentaire . La couverture proposée intervient donc soit : • en second lieu, après intervention et en complément de l’assurance primaire. • En premier lieu lorsque le régime d'assurance de base ne garantit pas une couverture flexible et optimale (exemple : prise en charge dès le premier euro).
