Description

L’objet du présent marché porte sur la réalisation de prestations d’entretien des extérieurs à réaliser sur le site de l'aéroport de Liège qui s’étend sur une surface d’un peu plus de 400 hectares. Plusieurs postes composent ce marché : • Poste 1 : Entretien des espaces verts : Fauchage, tontes, plantations, élagage, désherbage, pulvérisation... o Aires non revêtues : espaces où les herbes, arbres ou buissons peuvent croitre ; o Aires revêtues : surfaces hydrocarbonées, bétonnées, pavées, bordures, gabions, caniveaux et autres où les adventices peuvent croitre : o Abords de piste, des routes d’accès ; o Bâtiments (incluant le Terminal passagers), l’ensemble des parkings publics/privés et leurs abords ; • Poste 2 : Clôtures Entretien et réparation Il y a environ 12,5 km de clôture sur le site. • Poste 3 - Installations liées à l’évacuation des eaux de ruissellement Nettoyage et curage de bassins d’orage, avaloirs, caniveaux et réseaux d’égouttage : o 9 bassins d’orage pour une surface d’environ 59.000 m2 o 600 avaloirs o 28 km environ de caniveau environ • Poste 4 - Gaines techniques en milieu confiné Nettoyage et curage Il y a environ 10 km de gaines techniques. • Poste 5 - Travaux à la demande o Ramassage de déchets o Remblayage, plantations, ensemencement … o Traitement des espèces invasives o Travaux en régie • Poste 6 : Assistance au déneigement Les prestations peuvent avoir lieu sur tout le site extérieur de l'aéroport de Liège en zone "landside" à accès non règlementé ainsi qu'en zone "airside" nécessitant des accès aéroportuaires spécifiques. Les démarches pour obtenir ces accès aéroportuaires devront être lancées dès l'attribution du marché. Il s'agit de réaliser des prestations de manière récurrentes mais également des prestations ponctuelles à la demande. Il peut être demandé de réaliser des prestations la nuit et/ou le week-end et jours fériés, cela concerne principalement le poste 6 dédié à l’assistance au déneigement avec un système de pré-alerte en saison hivernale. Ce marché vise à réduire son impact environnemental et social autant que faire se peut.
