L’entité adjudicatrice se réserve néanmoins le droit de n’attribuer qu’une partie des lots, ou aucun des trois, et de décider de le ou les relancer au besoin selon un autre mode sans qu’aucun soumissionnaire ne puisse prétendre à une quelconque indemnité de quelque chef que ce soit. Lot 1 : Electricité provenant de sources 100 % renouvelables; Lot 2 : Gaz Naturel; Lot 3 : Gaz Naturel renouvelable (Biométhane).
