Description

Le CPAS de Verviers gère trois maisons de repos et de soins (505 lits) et deux maisons d'enfants (30 lits). Il fournit également en moyenne 100 repas à domicile par jour. Chaque site dispose de sa propre cuisine. Le présent marché vise la fourniture de viandes en quatre lots (viandes - volailles/lapin - charcuteries - produits artisanaux) pour ces différents sites. Il ne sera fourni aucune marchandise ne correspondant pas à ces catégories. Les quantités mentionnées dans le présent cahier des charges le sont à titre indicatif. Le fournisseur n’aura droit à aucune indemnité, si ces quantités étaient modifiées par la suite en fonction du taux d’occupation et des besoins. Un produit sera jugé non conforme si la date de péremption est trop proche de la date de livraison. L’offre doit reprendre obligatoirement un pourcentage minimum de produits représentés dans l'inventaire. Toute offre dont le total des produits proposés ne représente pas au moins le pourcentage ci-après des produits demandés sera éliminée: • Lot 1 “Viandes”: 90 % de l'inventaire, • Lot 2 “Volailles et lapin”: 90 % de l'inventaire, • Lot 3 “Charcuteries et préparations”: 90 % de l'inventaire, • Lot 4 “Produits artisanaux”: 80 % de l'inventaire. Le soumissionnaire veillera à proposer des produits satisfaisant d'un point de vue du rapport qualité/prix et correspondant au goût des personnes âgées et des enfants de la région verviétoise.
