Le marché a pour objet la fourniture de deux chariots élévateur électrique avec fourche. Le marché aura une durée de 2 ans à dater de l’attribution. Il sera reconduit deux fois pour une période d’un an, sauf dénonciation par l’une des parties notifiée par lettre recommandée déposée à la poste au moins 6 mois avant la fin de la durée de chaque période. Cette fourniture présente un accessoire qui est un service d’entretien subordonnée à la livraison de chacun.
