Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition, la mise en service, l’utilisation et la formation à l’utilisation d’un logiciel de gestion et de suivi des marchés publics. L’acquisition de ce logiciel, ainsi que sa maintenance, se fera via une location (mensuelle, trimestrielle, semestrielle ou annuelle). Les fonctionnalités minimales attendues par ce logiciel sont décrites dans les clauses techniques ci-après.
