Description

Le présent publication sert à donner un aperçu de tous les marchés subséquents attribués sur la base du système d'acquisition dynamique qui fait l'objet du 1er lot du marché public portant la référence 2021-08-725. Conformément à la directive 2014/24/UE, article 34, les attributions sont publiées trimestriellement au niveau européen. Dans les annexes (fichier Excel "Trimestre 8"), vous trouverez l'aperçu complet ainsi que les décisions d'attribution correspondantes. Ce marché publique portant la référence 2021-08-725 concerne l'obtention d'une gamme de services de connectivité pour Belnet et les entités utilisatrices .Le présent marché est passé selon les règles de la procédure restreinte c’est-à-dire une procédure de passation à laquelle tout opérateur économique intéressé peut demander à participer en réponse à un avis de marché et dans laquelle seuls les candidats sélectionnés par l’adjudicateur peuvent présenter une offre. Il est divisé en deux lots : - Lot 1 : Système d’Acquisition Dynamique (SAD) pour la mise à disposition de lignes louées (Ethernet, fibres noires et internet commercial) pendant 5 années - Lot 2 : Accord-cadre unipartite pour la fourniture de connectivité de niveau 3 pendant 5 années. La mise en place d’un SAD (lot 1) aidera le PA et les entités utilisatrices à créer un environnement qui encourage une concurrence loyale. En effet, ce type de système permet aux fournisseurs qualifiés d’intégrer la procédure tout au long de sa durée de vie. La mise en place d’un accord-cadre (lot 2) permettra à Belnet et aux PAB de disposer d’un catalogue de prix clair pour tout type de connectivité de niveau 3, partout en Belgique. Le présent avis de marché ne concerne QUE le LOT 1 de ce marché public: Système d’Acquisition Dynamique (SAD) pour la mise à disposition de lignes louées (Ethernet, fibres noires et internet commercial) pendant 5 années.
