De overheidsopdracht betreft één perceel, namelijk ‘stroomstootwapens, munitie en toebehoren’, opgedeeld in negen posten. - Post 1: stroomstootwapen - Post 2: magazijn stroomtootwapen (operationeel gebruik en training) - Post 3: munitie stroomstootwapen (operationele munitie en trainingsmunitie) - Post 4: licentie stroomstootwapen - Post 5: batterijen - Post 6: oplaadstations - Post 7: holsters - Post 8: draagtassen - Post 9: trainingspakken. Er dient één offerte te worden ingediend voor alle negen posten gezamenlijk, anders is de offerte absoluut nietig. Alle onderdelen van de opdracht zullen worden toegewezen aan dezelfde opdrachtnemer, nl. de inschrijver die als opdrachtnemer aan deze aanbesteding zal worden aangeduid. De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de Belgisch Limburgse politiezones en Belgisch Limburgse politiescholen (= ‘deelnemers’), waarbij politiezone CARMA als aankoopcentrale fungeert. Leveringsplaats: Belgisch Limburgse politiezones en Belgisch Limburgse politiescholen.
