Deze opdracht betreft een opdracht voor diensten in de zin art. 2, 21° van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. De diensten hebben betrekking op de CPV-codes: - 66510000-8 - Verzekeringsdiensten Een meer uitgebreide beschrijving is opgenomen in het hoofdstuk 7 TECHNISCHE VOORSCHRIFTEN. Percelen De opdracht is opgedeeld in 6 percelen: - Perceel 1: Arbeidsongevallenverzekeringen - Perceel 2: Burgerrechtelijke aansprakelijkheid (incl. aansprakelijkheid voor bestuurders) - Perceel 3: Brandverzekering en verzekering “alle risico’s” - Perceel 4: Verzekeringen van voertuigen en omnium dienstverplaatsingen - Perceel 5: Bescherming digitale risico’s - Perceel 6: Rechtsbijstand In deze eerste stap van de procedure kan men zich kandidaat stellen voor één of meerdere percelen. De kandidaat vermeldt voor welk perceel of percelen hij zich kandidaat stelt op het formulier voor aanvraag tot deelneming. De kandidaat is niet verplicht zich voor elk perceel een kandidatuur in te dienen. De aanbesteder heeft het recht om één of meerdere percelen niet te gunnen en eventueel opnieuw te gunnen op dezelfde of op andere wijze. Het aantal percelen dat kan worden gegund aan één kandidaat is niet beperkt. Het aantal kandidaten dat per perceel kan worden geselecteerd is evenmin beperkt.
