Description

Deze opdracht wordt gegund volgens de Mededigingsprocedure met onderhandeling en vindt daarom plaats in 2 fasen: de selectie van kandidaten in fase I en het indienen van offertes in fase II. Deze opdracht is een gezamenlijke overheidsopdracht voor diensten voor de Gemeente en het OCMW van Vorst. Overeenkomstig artikel 48 van de wet van 17/06/2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten, zijn, wanneer een plaatsingsprocedure volledig gezamenlijk wordt gevoerd in naam en voor rekening van alle betrokken aanbestedende overheden, deze laatsten hoofdelijk aansprakelijk voor de uitvoering van de op hen rustende verplichtingen. Dit is eveneens het geval wanneer één enkele aanbestedende overheid de plaatsingsprocedure beheert en daarbij optreedt voor eigen rekening en voor rekening van de andere betrokken aanbestedende overheden. De opdracht is een overheidsopdracht voor verzekeringsdiensten. Classificatie van de diensten: CPV 66510000-8. Het heeft tot doel verzekeringscontracten te sluiten op het vlak van Personenverzekeringen, Verzekeringen Materiële Schade, Verzekeringen Burgerlijke Aansprakelijkheid, Verzekeringen Auto en Verzekering Alle Bouwplaatsrisico’s. De opdracht is onderverdeeld in 5 percelen:  Perceel 1: Personenverzekeringen  Perceel 2: Verzekeringen Materiële Schade  Perceel 3: Verzekeringen Burgerlijke Aansprakelijkheid  Perceel 4: Verzekeringen Auto  Perceel 5: Verzekering Alle Bouwplaatsrisico’s De opdracht richt zich uitsluitend tot verzekeringsmaatschappijen. Alleen verzekeringsmaatschappijen die zijn erkend (wet van 13 maart 2016 betreffende het statuut van en het toezicht op de verzekerings- of herverzekeringsondernemingen) zijn gemachtigd om aan deze opdracht deel te nemen. Bijgevolg worden kandidaturen die worden ingediend door of samen met verzekeringsmakelaars of andere verzekeringstussenpersonen uitgesloten.
