A Belgian public authority is procuring a framework agreement for outpatient care insurance as part of the cafeteria plan for employees of the participating municipalities. The municipalities of Wingene and De Panne (including their OCMW) currently intend to take up the contract, with interest also expressed by Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Putte, Nijlen, Lier and Berlaar from the Rivierenland region. Each participating municipality may decide independently whether to purchase from the agreement. The services fall under CPV code 66510000-8. The contract is reserved for insurance companies. The buyer reserves the right not to award the contract, to award only part of it, or to rerun the procedure without compensation.
