Het afsluiten van de verzekeringspolissen Personen, Materiële Schade, Aansprakelijkheid en Auto voor gemeente, OCMW en Autonoom Gemeentebedrijf Asse. Perceel 1: Personenverzekeringen; Perceel 2: Verzekeringen Materiële Schade; De polissen worden afgesloten voor een duurtijd van 1 jaar met verlenging van opeenvolgende periodes van 1 jaar, met een totale duurtijd van 6 jaar. Deze verlengde maximale duurtijd wordt als volgt gemotiveerd:  De regels van goed en behoorlijk bestuur dienen steeds in acht te worden genomen bij het voeren van een overheidsopdracht. Voor het voeren van een deugdelijke plaatsingsprocedure is een grote zorgvuldigheid en inzet van middelen nodig. De plaatsingsprocedure vereist het grondig screenen van de verzekeringstechnische behoeften, het doen van beleidskeuzes, risicobeheersing, het opstellen van de opdrachtdocumenten (waaronder selectieleidraad, bestek,…), de analyse van de kandidaatstellingen, het nemen van de selectiebeslissing, de analyse van de offertes, het voeren van onderhandelingen, het nemen van gunningsbeslissingen en het implementeren van de genomen gunningsbeslissingen.  Wetswijzigingen en fundamentele wijzigingen in de (her)verzekeringsmarkt vergen een grote stabiliteit en continuïteit in de verzekeringsoplossing die de aanbestedende overheid beoogt met de opdracht.  De verzekeringsmarkt is bereid om zich te engageren voor een periode van 6 jaar op voorwaarde dat er uitstapmogelijkheden worden voorzien.; Perceel 4: Verzekeringen Auto
