Raamovereenkomst voor de operationele leasing van bedrijfswagens, laadpassen en tankkaarten en de aankoop van laadpalen De opdracht betreft het aanbieden van een geïntegreerde mobiliteitsoplossing met als voorwerp de huur op lange termijn (operationele leasing) met eventuele aankoopoptie, van voertuigen ten gunste van Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen. Specifiek voor de personenwagens (hoofdzakelijk EV) dient het voorstel te komen voor een multimerkenaanbieder welke ons een aanbod kan bieden van minstens 4 categorieën waarin diverse merken en modellen beschikbaar zijn. Voor de technische vloot behoudt het Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen de vrije keuze. Zolang er geen redelijke actieradius is om het aantal kilometers te verhogen noch de laadcapaciteit uitbreidt kan de aanbestedende overheid onvoldoende gebruik maken van EV-wagens en is ze aangewezen op ICE-wagens. Het doel is drie inschrijvers/opdrachtnemers aan te duiden die de economisch meest voordelige offerte hebben ingediend op basis van gunningscriteria die specifiek zijn voor de raamovereenkomst. Bij elke volgende opdracht zullen deze drie opdrachtnemers in mededinging worden geplaatst (mini-competitie) op basis van de gunningscriteria. Het huidige wagenpark bestaat op 1 januari 2026 uit 262 voertuigen. Louter informatief willen wij meegeven dat het gaat om directiewagens, managementwagens (management en experten), functionele wagens, poolwagens, bussen met rolstoellift, grote bestelwagens, middelgrote bestelwagens, bestelwagens met meubelbak, kleine bestelwagens en minibussen voor 7 tot 9 passagiers. Als in de toekomst EV-technologieën geoptimaliseerd worden voor deze wagens, verwachten wij dat de geselecteerde partners ons in maximale mate en op structurele wijze ondersteunen bij alle relevante technologische ontwikkelingen en evoluties inzake Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Uiteraard dient deze ondersteuning te gebeuren in volledige overeenstemming met de geldende wet- en regelgeving, interne compliance-richtlijnen en de contractuele vastgelegde kwaliteits-, beveiligings- en duurzaamheidsnormen. Bovendien wordt door de partner(s) gegarandeerd dat alle geleverde oplossingen en diensten conform zijn aan de geldende Europese en nationale regelgeving.; We willen voor EV-wagens laadpassen die simlockvrij zijn.; Laadpalen voor eletrische personenwagens voor plaatsing op de terreinen van de aanbestedende overheid; Tankkaarten zijn nodig voor de technische wagens alsook voor de huidige vloot van de aanbestedende overheid die uitdooft. Het doel van heel de opdracht is het realiseren van een duurzame en kostenefficiënte oplossing die het gebruik van elektrische voertuigen faciliteert maar ook de uitdovende ICE-wagens opneemt in het geheel.
