Description

De opdracht betreft het ontwerpen, leveren en installeren van een handschoenkast voor het verwerken van een partij oud afval, bestaande uit metallisch U/Pu dat zich in cilinders bevindt. Het doel van het project is om de cilinders (met een pijpsnijder, zaag…) te openen onder een inerte atmosfeer in een handschoenkast. Het opnieuw verpakte materiaal wordt overgebracht naar een tweede handschoenkast waar het metallisch materiaal in een geschikte oven (700-800°C) door lucht wordt geoxideerd. In een derde handschoenkast wordt het materiaal gekarakteriseerd en opnieuw verpakt voor definitieve verwijdering. De opdrachtnemer zal de handschoenkasten ontwerpen (Design) en bouwen (Build) en de benodigde apparatuur zodanig integreren dat het oxidatieproces op een veilige en efficiënte manier kan worden uitgevoerd. De opdrachtnemer zal tevens de mogelijkheid voorzien om onderhoud (Maintain) en reparaties aan de geleverde apparatuur, op locatie in gecontroleerde ruimtes uit te voeren.
