Digipolis and its partners are procuring a broad, integrated range of fixed-line operator services covering fixed data communications, fixed telephony and Digital TV. Providers must guarantee a permanently stable, secure and high-performing telephony and data infrastructure supporting the partners' services, and respond flexibly and scalably to organisational, technical and operational changes. Ordering, management, support and billing activities should be administratively simplified, with strong focus on automation and digitalisation. The contract is split into three lots: Lot 1 fixed data communications, Lot 2 telephony, Lot 3 TV. Lots 1 and 3 are awarded to multiple operators; Lot 2 to a single contractor. Duration: 4 years, extendable by 2 plus 2 years.
