Description

Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst voor diensten in de zin van artikel 2,35° van de Wet overheidsopdrachten, met als voorwerp Migratie MPLS naar Internet van de kantoren. Het voorwerp van de raamovereenkomst bestaat uit het aansluiten van alle CM-MC kantoren op het publieke internet, ter vervanging van de bestaande private WAN-infrastructuur. Deze migratie heeft tot doel een meer directe en performante toegang tot onder andere clouddiensten mogelijk te maken. Voor de communicatie tussen de verschillende kantoren en de datacenters wordt gebruik gemaakt van een secure overlay netwerk, dat buiten de scope van deze opdracht valt. Dit perceel omvat het voorzien van redundante internetconnectiviteit voor een twintigtal grote CM-kantoren, met hoge beschikbaarheid en performantie als uitgangspunt. Elke locatie moet beschikken over een primaire fysieke verbinding (bv. glasvezel, DSL of coax) en een volledig gescheiden secundaire verbinding, met automatische failover en fallback mechanismen die geen manuele tussenkomst vereisen op het intern netwerk. Beide verbindingen dienen samen te voorzien in een minimale bandbreedte van 1000 Mbps download, 500 Mbps upload. De geleverde oplossing omvat tevens redundante netwerk hardware (CPE).; Dit perceel omvat het voorzien van internetconnectiviteit voor een brede groep CM-kantoren: 35 contactpunten, 189 kleine kantoren en 40 middelgrote kantoren. De verbinding mag gebruik maken van diverse onderliggende technologieën, die niet uniform hoeven te zijn voor alle locaties. Bekabelde verbindingen (zoals fiber, coax of DSL) genieten de voorkeur waar mogelijk. Er is geen redundantie vereist. Elke verbinding dient minimaal 150 Mbps download en 50 Mbps upload te ondersteunen.; Dit perceel omvat het voorzien van een internetverbinding naar het CM-datacenter 1, dat momenteel is ondergebracht in LCL Diegem. De verbinding moet gebruik maken van een fysieke kabel (bv. glasvezel, DSL of coax) en een symmetrische bandbreedte van 10 Gbps ondersteunen.
