Deze opdracht omvat voornamelijk: - Het voorstellen en uitwerken van een conceptuele ontwerpleidraad die zal toegepast worden op elk van de 10 deelzones van deze opdracht; - Het opmaken van voorontwerpen, ontwerpen, omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen (met inbegrip van ondersteunende studies zoals passende beoordeling / MER-ontheffing / bemalingsstudie / …) tot uitvoeringsdossiers, en ondersteuning van de opdrachtgever bij de realisatie op het terrein, van de verschillende ingrepen tot opwaardering van de Zuunbeek en de Vogelzangbeek, te St.-Pieters-Leeuw. - Adviesverlening bij het opstellen van proefprogramma’s tijdens de studiefase (niet limitatief) archeologisch onderzoek, milieuhygiënisch grondonderzoek, grondmechanisch onderzoek, … De effectieve onderzoeken zullen uitgevoerd worden door een derde partij. - Adviesverlening (opmaak voorstellen en beoordeling resultaten) bij de uitvoering van programma van proeven, beoordeling van verrekeningsvoorstellen, …).
