De opdracht het uitvoeren van wettelijke technische keuringen aan materialen en machines van het stadsbestuur, OCMW en Politiezone van Sint-Niklaas en aanverwante entiteiten. De opdrachtnemer dient in te staan voor het uitvoeren van (periodieke) controles van niet-huishoudelijke elektrische installaties onderverdeeld in: - hoogspanningsinstallaties, - laagspanningsinstallaties, - elektrisch interventiemateriaal. - noodstroomgroepen; De opdrachtnemer dient in te staan voor het uitvoeren van (periodieke) controles van hef- en hijstoestellen onderverdeeld in: - liften, - hef- en hijstoestellen ( kranen, takels, hoogwerkers,...), - hef- en hijsgereedschappen, - behandelingstoestellen, - hefbruggen in garages, - poorten, - (rol)trappen, rolpaden en ladders, perceel ladders wordt door eigen personeel gekeurd - beschermingsmiddelen tegen vallen, - stellingen; De opdrachtnemer dient in te staan voor het uitvoeren van (periodieke) controles conform de bepalingen en doelstellingen van: - het KB van 6/07/2013 houdende de in voetbalstadions na te leven veiligheidsnormen; - het KB van 6/11/1979 tot vaststelling van de normen inzake beveiliging tegen brand en paniek waaraan ziekenhuizen moeten voldoen; - het Besluit van de Vlaamse Regering van 9/12/2011 houdende de brandveiligheid ouderenvoorzieningen en Centra voor herstelverblijf: - het Besluit van de Vlaamse Regering van 19/9/2008 houdende de normen voor de preventie van brand in de voorzieningen voor kinderopvang.; De opdrachtnemer dient in te staan voor het uitvoeren van (periodieke) controles conform de bepalingen en doelstellingen van: - het koninklijk besluit van 28 maart 2014 betreffende de brandpreventie op de arbeidsplaatsen werd gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 23 april 2014; - het ARAB art. 52; - de norm NBN S 21-100.
