Description

Het opdrachtgevend bestuur zoekt een dienstverlener voor de ondersteuning van verschillende deployment software voor uitrol van applicaties en configuraties op het Windows PC en server park, die nu reeds door Emmaüs gebruikt worden en die in de toekomst aangekocht zullen worden. De opdracht omvat geen levering van licenties of hardware, enkel dienstverlening. Huidige situatie waarvoor ondersteuning nodig: Inhouse software: • System Center • SCCM (System center configuration manager) voor zowel Servers als Clients • SCOM (System center operation manager) voor Servers en applicaties • System Center reporting omgeving • Technologieën: APP-V, MSI, MSIX, packages, PowerShell, PSADT, USMT, OS deployment, Task Sequences. Software Update management, driver management, DCM. Clients zijn zowel Windows PC’s als een Citrix XenApp omgeving. Toekomstige software, niet limitatief: • Intune (hardware en software deployment) Intune technologieën: Entra ID, Device Management, Device Configuration, Mobile Device Management, Device Compliance, Update Management, Application Management en deployments, Windows AutoPilot • MSIX (verdere uitrol) Dienstverlening die we aankopen via dit proces: • Service desk met incident ondersteuning 24/7 • Healthcheck, jaarlijks uit te voeren • Opleiding ICT-medewerkers (adhoc) • Consulting bij projecten De looptijd van de opdracht is 48 maanden, en deze kan 2 keer met 12 maanden verlengd worden. Huidige werkwijze Er zijn momenteel 3 SCCM-servers: 1 primary site server, 1 site system server, 1 SQL. De volgende rollen zijn in gebruik: • Component Server, Distribution Point, Management Point, Service Connection Point, Site Server, Site System, SMS Provider, Software Update Point, State Migration Point, Reporting Services Point, Site Database Server We beheren hiermee: • +/- 850 servers voor update management, software deployments (minimaal), maintenance windows, OSD, Client Settings • +/- 5200 clients voor update management, software deployments (uitgebreid), maintenance windows, OSD, DCM, USMT, Client Settings • Citrix Xenapp omgeving met +/- 180 worker servers en 500 concurrent users Plaats van dienstverlening: Coördinatiedienst, Edgard Tinellaan 1c te 2800 Mechelen Burelen van ICT Emmaüs, huidige locaties: AZ Sint-Maarten, Liersesteenweg 435, 2800 Mechelen Bethaniëlei 6c, 2980 Zoersel
