Aankoop en implementatie van een HR Informatiesysteem voor OPZC Rekem. Het doel is onze HR-dienst binnen OPZC Rekem efficiënter en servicegerichter te maken door de implementatie van een nieuw HR-informatiesysteem (HRIS). Momenteel verlopen veel HR-processen nog handmatig, wat foutgevoelig en tijdrovend is en onvoldoende inzichten en service oplevert. Een HRIS moet deze processen automatiseren, gegevens centraliseren, selfservicefunctionaliteiten voor medewerkers mogelijk maken, waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de gegevens en het rapporteren en ondersteuning bieden bij datagedreven beslissingen. We geven de voorkeur aan een platform dat de HR-cyclus zo volledig mogelijk afgedekt wordt en naadloos gegevens uitwisselt met andere platformen zoals loonverwerking (sociaal secretariaat) en tijdsregistratie. Wij verwachten dat ons HR-informatiesysteem digitaal gegevens kan uitwisselen met andere HR-modules zoals het tijdsregistratiesysteem en het loonverwerkingssysteem.
