Description

ICT Emmaüs is op zoek naar een leverancier voor de aankoop en dienstverlening van een project en portfolio management tool. De Project en Portfolio Management (PPM) tool zal ICT Emmaüs ondersteunen bij het plannen, uitvoeren en monitoren van (IT-)projecten en portfolio’s. Deze tool draagt bij aan de efficiëntie, samenwerking en algehele prestaties van onze projecten. We wensen de tool ook te gebruiken voor tijdsregistratie van de ICT Emmaüs medewerkers. In scope • Licenties om een PPM-tool te gebruiken • Consultancy om configuratie aanpassingen te doen specifiek voor Emmaüs • Consultancy voor migratie van huidige tool en bij upgrades • Incident support bij implementatie (eventueel in escalatie naar de ontwikkelaar van de PPM-tool). • Opleidingen voor de gebruikers Out of scope • Inhuren van projectleiders of projectmedewerkers De cijfers kunnen evolueren met de tijd maar vandaag heeft ICT Emmaüs: • Een 25-tal gebruikers (projectleiders en management) met uitgebreide projectmanagement rechten • 40-tal gebruikers met beperkte rechten (projectmedewerkers) • 100 medewerkers moeten de mogelijkheid hebben om ideeën/projectvoorstellen voor te stellen. Emmaüs zet een overeenkomst in de markt met initiële looptijd van 4 jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot tweemaal een verlenging van 24 maanden.
