Description

De aanbesteder is op zoek naar een toepassing voor het inplannen en opvolgen van taken/werkopdrachten. Een medewerker/verantwoordelijke kan taken/ werkopdrachten inplannen en toekennen aan zijn teams of medewerkers. Deze medewerkers gaan het terrein op met een mobiel toestel en kunnen ten alle tijde hun openstaande taken/werkopdrachten raadplegen. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van deze taken/werkopdrachten en de administratieve afhandeling. Bedoeling is dat deze toepassing gebruikt kan worden door verschillende diensten zonder dat deze elkaars taken zien. In eerste instantie zal deze toepassing gebruikt worden door volgende diensten: • Team Openbare Netheid (TON) • Team Stadstoezicht Beide teams hebben op dit moment een verschillende oplossing (toepassing) die hun werking ondersteunt. De opdracht bestaat erin om voor de diensten van Team Openbare Netheid en Stadstoezicht één softwarepakket te voorzien die planning en taakopvolging mogelijk maakt. Implementatie en onderhoud van software voor inplannen en opvolgen van taken/werkopdrachten voor diensten Team Openbare Netheid en Team Stadstoezicht voor Stad Mechelen
