1. Doel van de opdracht Het leveren van diensten voor: • Preventief onderhoud van poorten, slagbomen en automatische deuren. • Curatief onderhoud (herstellingen), inclusief 24/7 permanentiedienst. • Jaarprijs voor herstellingen • Eventueel leveren en plaatsen van nieuwe installaties. 2. Omvang van de opdracht • Installaties zoals vermeld in bijlage “Bijlage_Installaties.xls” (indicatief). • Jaarlijkse actualisatie van de lijst. (De inschrijver kan geen aanspraak maken op schadevergoeding bij afwijkingen in aantallen/types.) 3. Doel van het preventief onderhoud • Alle geplande en periodieke handelingen die nodig zijn om: o De betrouwbaarheid en bedrijfszekerheid van installaties te verhogen; o Storingen en defecten proactief te voorkomen. o Comfort en gebruikservaring te verbeteren. o De levensduur van installaties te maximaliseren. o Veiligheid en energie-efficiëntie te waarborgen. o Te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en normeringen. o Inzicht te verkrijgen in de staat van installaties via rapportage en monitoring. Toepassing: o Geldt voor alle objecten en systemen binnen de overeenkomst. o Jaarlijkse actualisatie van de installatielijst door de opdrachtgever. o Onderhoud volgens voorschriften van fabrikant en wettelijke bepalingen. Frequentie en planning o Het preventief onderhoud wordt jaarlijks uitgevoerd volgens planning. 4. Doel van het curatief onderhoud Het curatief onderhoud omvat: • Alle interventies bij storingen, defecten of verminderde werking van de installaties of systemen • Herstel door de opdrachtnemer zodat de installatie en/of systeem opnieuw veilig, energie-efficiënt en bedrijfszeker functioneert. • Uitvoering van de interventies binnen termijnen vastgelegd in een SLA (Service Level Agreement) 5. Doel van de jaarprijs voor herstellingen per toestel Een vaste jaarprijs per installatie/object die alle werkuren en verplaatsingen dekt voor het oplossen van storingen, tijdens de normale werkuren (ma-vr, 7u tot 19u). Gedurende de volledige looptijd van de overeenkomst verbindt de opdrachtnemer zich ertoe om bij uitval, storing of verminderde werking van de installaties/objecten, tijdig en adequaat tussen te komen conform de overeengekomen interventietermijnen.
