Description

1) SCOPE (indicatief) Deze opdracht omvat het onderhoud en de reparatie van de volgende technische installaties: - HVAC en sprinklers: o (5 ketels, 3 koelmachines, luchtbehandelingsunits, omkeerbare warmtepompen, Siemens-regeling, gasdetectiecentrales, waterpompen, accessoires voor het hydraulische netwerk, eindunits, 3 sprinklercentrales, olieafscheider); o Verneveling op het goederenperron o Ventilatie - boosters op perrons o Ventilatie - luchtafzuigers van de TEC - 78 rookgordijnen op de perrons - Verlichting van het hele station en het dienstgebouw in de Rue Léanne: o Parkeerplaatsen, perrons, het station zelf, kantoren o Noodverlichting - Het elektriciteitsnet vanaf de verdeelkasten; - Ventilatoren voor parkeerterrein P1 - De statische no-break voor OCC - Het legen van de putten voor regenwater- en afvalwaterpompen; - De regelmatige reiniging (3x/jaar) van de technische lokalen (stof op de apparaten en borstelen van de vloer) Deze opdracht omvat niet het onderhoud en de reparatie van de volgende technische installaties: Zijn uitgesloten: - Hefwerktuigen (hydraulische liften, goederenliften, rolpaden, roltrappen); - Leidingen voor de toevoer van leidingwater, sanitair netwerk en afvoerleidingen voor afvalwater; - Treinaankondigingen (omroepinstallatie), plasmaschermen, groot scherm in de inkomhal; - ICTRA-technieken (toegangscontrole, inbraakbeveiliging, branddetectie, datanetwerk, wifinetwerk); - De hoogspanningspost; - De TGBT-schakelkast; - De concessies. 2) TYPE ONDERHOUD De dienstverlener staat in voor het preventieve en correctieve onderhoud van de installaties en voor het uitvoeren van specifiek onderhoud (wettelijk verplichte jaarlijkse attesten). De voorwaarden voor het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud worden beschreven in de technische bepalingen van het speciale bestek. Een 24/7 helpdesk-callcenter is verplicht en moet door de dienstverlener bij aanvang van het contract worden opgezet. Storingen die een dringende interventie vereisen (uitgeschakelde opvoerpompen en verwarmingsproblemen) moeten binnen 2 uur ter plaatse worden verholpen. 3) DUUR Initiële duur van twee jaar, tweemaal verlengbaar met één jaar.
