The contract is split into three separate lots: one for THYSSEN/TKE and OTIS, one for KONE and CNIM, and one for SCHINDLER. It is a framework agreement under which a contract will be awarded to a maximum of 2 operators per lot according to a waterfall system. Economic operators may bid for one or more lots.
