Deze op een containerslede gemonteerde units bestaan uit een alternator (met de motor, de nodige schakelkasten en een brandstofreservoir), 2 dompelpompen en een kraan. Het bouwjaar van de units ligt tussen 1995 en 2007. Het voorwerp van de onderhavige opdracht betreft de aanduiding van een opdrachtnemer die belast zal zijn met de revisie van de units om een betrouwbaar gebruik voor de volgende 15 jaar mogelijk te maken.
