The Belgian broadcaster 'VRT' is procuring technical services on a supervised (regie) basis for the maintenance, repair, adaptation and support of technical installations and infrastructure across its buildings. The scope covers interventions, maintenance and adaptation works on electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting, security and communication systems and related electrical applications; mechanical installations and technical equipment, including supporting mechanical work; heating, ventilation, cooling and sanitary installations; and miscellaneous supporting works on buildings and infrastructure, including small repairs, adaptations and practical assistance. Work may be planned or urgent and ranges from short assignments to long-term support. The framework agreement provides flexibility to serve the various VRT sites and ensure operational continuity.
