Description

Het voorwerp van de opdracht is de aankoop van diensten voor de ontwikkeling en ondersteuning bij de analyse, design, bouw en implementatie van een oplossing bestaande uit meerdere te specifieren modules. Deze oplossing moet in staat zijn om iedere reisintentie van een schipper om te zetten in een planning voor een schipper. Hierbij moet die wel maximaal rekening houden met een heel aantal parameters (bijv. beschikbaarheid van kunstwerken (sluis of beweegbare brug), weersomstandigheden, andere reeds geplande reizen van andere schepen, etc.), beschikbaarheid van operatoren voor de bediening van de kunstwerken. De modules moeten in staat zijn om toekomstige - vandaag nog niet bekende of bepaalde parameters - te kunnen verwerken. Tijdens de dialogen exploreren we graag welke mogelijkheden er technologisch al zijn en wat er in de toekomst waarschijnlijk mogelijk is. Voor de duidelijkheid het gaat hier niet om de technologische mogelijkheden om in interactie te gaan met schepen.
