PROCLIM, de aankoopcentrale van provincie Limburg, wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de aankoop en levering van ecologische poetsproducten, poetsmaterialen en sanitaire verbruiksproducten. de raamovereenkomst staat open voor het provinciehuis, de provinciale diensten en instellingen en de Limburgse, lokale, openbare besturen die voorafgaandelijk aan de plaatsingsprocedure hiertoe een mandaat hebben afgeleverd. De opdracht omvat het aanbieden van kwaliteitsvolle, ecologische producten en bijhorende materialen om tot een efficiënt reinigingssysteem te komen. Deze opdracht is een klantenopdracht, d.w.z. dat de opdracht uitgevoerd wordt door middel van deelbestellingen naargelang de werkelijke behoeften. Dit perceel omvat producten bedoeld voor routinematige verwijdering, inclusief het schuren, van vuil en/of afzettingen in sanitaire ruimten en keukens alsook enkele veelgebruikte materialen. De schoonmaakproducten en -materialen voor keukens moeten voldoen aan de HACCP-normen en beantwoorden aan de EU-richtlijnen i.v.m. materialen en voorwerpen die in contact komen met levensmiddelen. Hiernaast omvat dit perceel ook producten specifiek gericht op het reinigen van verschillende types van vloeren. De betrachting voor dit perceel is de aankoop van duurzame, ecologische producten. Enkel ecologische producten mogen aangeboden worden, tenzij er geen ecologisch alternatief is. Het ecologisch criterium is ook voor de materialen van toepassing.; Geschikt voor gebruik in sanitaire ruimtes en keukens. Papier voor persoonlijke hygiëne, geschikt voor het absorberen van vloeistoffen en/of het schoonmaken van vuile oppervlakken. Voor alle producten zal, in de mate van het mogelijke, rekening moeten worden gehouden met het aspect duurzaamheid en ecologie.
