Description
De toegang tot de gunningsprocedure is, in overeenstemming met artikel 22 van de wet van 15 juni 2006, voorbehouden aan beschutte of sociale werkplaatsen en initiatieven van de sociale inschakeleconomie, zoals gedefinieerd in art. 59 van de wet van 26 maart 1999 betreffende het Belgisch actieplan voor de werkgelegenheid 1998 en houdende diverse bepalingen, of die aan gelijkaardige voorwaarden voldoen in het land van oorsprong van de kandidaat of inschrijver. Alleen de offertes ingediend door beschutte of sociale werkplaatsen of initiatieven van de sociale inschakeleconomie zullen in aanmerking worden genomen
