Description

Toelichting: Deze opdracht betreft het leveren en onderhouden van coagulatietoestellen te ZORG Ziekenhuizen (AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem VZW (SEZZ) en VZW Werken Glorieux te Ronse (AZG)). De toestellen moeten monopolaire en bipolaire uitgangen bevatten. Eveneens inbegrepen in deze opdracht zijn het leveren van het toebehoren zoals trolleys, pedalen, bekabeling etc. Kortom, alle onderdelen en eventueel gespecialiseerd gereedschap dat nodig zou zijn voor de gewenste werking binnen beide ziekenhuizen. Niet inbegrepen in deze opdracht is de levering van het verbruiksmateriaal, de 'coagulatieplaten', deze worden reeds separaat aangekocht door beide ziekenhuizen bij de firma 3M. Uw coagulatietoestel dient wel over het nodige compatibilteitscertificaat te beschikken, om te kunnen functioneren met de 3M coagulatieplaten, om een offerte te kunnen indienen. De aankopen binnen een raamovereenkomst, staan gepland volgens volgende schema: Vermoedelijke hoeveelheden: 2025: SEZZ: 4 2026: SEZZ: 4 2027: SEZZ: 4 + AZG: 5 2028: SEZZ: 3 De aanbestedende overheid, AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem VZW (SEZZ), voert de procedure en treedt ook op in naam van VZW Werken Glorieux (AZG). De leveringsplaatsen zijn aldus: - AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem VZW (SEZZ), Godveerdegemstraat 69 te 9620 Zottegem - VZW Werken Glorieux (AZG), Glorieuxlaan 55 te 9600 Ronse
